The bridal party line up
wedding photography posing guide
One pose I always like to take at almost every wedding I do is the line up bridal party pose. Basically what you need to do is to line up either the boys or the girls, every 2 meters and shot along the row focusing on the bride or the groom. the best lens to be used is a telephoto in order to reach a nice depth of field effect. Also a good idea to have a even rhythm and also use the rule of thirds for the subject which is either the bride or the groom. I always like this spose as there are not many ways to get this wrong and always get a sign of the couple being happy with it when I show it on the LCD screen during the shoot.
As a variation for this depth of field rhythmic effect, is to take a photo of the bride in the forefront and have the rest of the bridal party in tghe background blurry again. Also rule of thirds will ensure your composition will look, properly framed and also a very good shot.
